This was modded for CCO, but in the end, all you need to do is rebalance it and maybe look into all files if there is anywhere a mention of the CCO (which shouldn't be but who knows). I can't help you any further, as I am not working on these mods anymore. Sadly I do not have time to work on my Gladius mods, sorry.
I've only played early game with this faction but I think the Watchguards may do a bit too much damage considering their price. In a game where I played against them I'm pretty sure I saw them oneshot a few full health Rubric Marine units (Thousand Sons) of equal level.
I also feel like they may be too strong early game as I was able to easily cut through the wildlife and curbstomp the two closest AI factions without much difficulty. Granted they were both Aeldari and I was only on hard difficulty, but still it felt too easy when compared to other games I've played with these mods so far (also thank you for making the compatibility patches).
Just my anecdotal two cents.
