[GROW+RICO] Stuyvesant Town - Block 2 - All Levels - New York City

This asset re-skins the onetime favorite Stuyvesant Town by AJ3D (edge-block variant) and introduces some additional changes to address several aesthetic issues. Full credit goes to AJ3D for the original creation.

Inside this 8MB package, you will find five identical high-density residential buildings. Each building corresponds to a specific growable level, ranging from Level 1 to Level 5. Additionally, each building occupies a footprint of 4 x 4 (i.e., the largest growable footprint).

The RICO-ready unique building version is also included in the package. This special edition, however, occupies a footprint of 5 x 5.



Stuyvesant Town, situated on the eastern side of Manhattan in New York City, is a spacious private residential development that emerged after World War II. This expansive complex encompasses 110 red brick apartment buildings spanning an 80-acre area, extending from First Avenue to Avenue C and from 14th to 23rd Streets.

- Revamped the wall texture to stylishly align with the Brooklyn & Queens CCP standard.
- Reworked the contrast, brightness, gamma, offset, and other settings to address the unattractive dark appearance.
- Altered the roof color to seamlessly blend with the buildings from Brooklyn & Queens CCP.
- Removed LOD alpha and normal map to reduce file size and eliminate transparency glitches.
- Adjusted the LOD diffuse texture to minimize color discrepancies when zooming in and out.
- Optimized the normal map file size.
- Decreased the model size to 80% of its original dimensions (from 5 x 5) to ensure it fits in a 4 x 4 lot for growable purposes.
- Converted from unique building to residential building.

- Vanilla: Create a distinct District Style in the Content Manager (how?) and add all five buildings to the style to exclusively enable the spawning of buildings from this asset.
- Semi-Vanilla: Utilise District Styles Plus to create or edit District Styles in-game.
- Modded-RICO: Make use of Ploppable RICO Revisited to plop this asset as a high-density high-volume residential building.
- When zoning, remember to allocate appropriate gaps between buildings and fill them up with parks or pedestrian roads to enhance realism.
