Description
A collection of mods, mostly made by me, that change the depth and difficulty of both the campaign map and the battles you fight using realistic approaches.

Some core features:
- Veteran troops are more difficult to get, but fight more effectively.
- Replenishment occurs significantly slower, introducing realistic supply lines into the game through manual army reinforcement.
- Magic does significantly more damage to monstrous/single entities, reducing how effectively a player can blob troops for AoE.
- Larger terrain penalties for large units in forests, and for small units in shallow water/marsh.
- Virtually impossible to ambush in the plains, but getting an ambush in mountainous/forested regions is easier.
- Armies comprised entirely of faster units will move faster on the campaign map.
- Lightning strike and ambush attacks have been reduced in effectiveness so you can't cheese with them.
- Minor settlements with T3 garrison buildings have walls, giving more variance to minor settlement battles.
- Starting capitals are tier 3, but due to unit caps, don't enable you to build entire armies of elites, meaning more starting battles will feature a wider variety of units.
- Vanguard deployment for all defensive units in a siege, allowing for easier pushing out.
- As a units leadership reduces, they will become more defensive in their fighting stances, reducing burst damage and increasing fight duration slightly.
- A swathe of more loreful and balanced starting positions for a variety of factions.
- Unit caps for all races, leading to more varied armies for both you and the AI armies.
- A counterspell skill for all casters that can block enemy spells if timed well. (AI will use).
- A full overhaul of the High Elf tech tree, adding significant depth.
- The ability to liberate dead factions, allowing you to recreate loreful alliances or saving friends, even if difficult.
