VFE - Captains Can Melee
Always bothered me that when you think "pirate captain" you think pistol in one hand, cutlass in the other. lol
It does not re-enable them to use melee weapons, it just lets them work again
This mod was intended to be a "patch" of this mod which lets specialists work, but was made before VFE - Pirates came out, so the Captain role wasn't included
I could make another patch that does let captains use melee weapons, but it'll be separate from this mod
