Canonical Unit Teleportation

Description
Mod Features:
Adds custom tier 10 research upgrades to select factions/races that grant certain units a teleportation ability with a 5 turn cooldown:

Crypteks, Flayed Ones, Necron Lords

Big Meks
Space Marines
Personal Teleporters
Assault Terminators, Chaplains, Librarians, Terminators

Adds a custom tier 11 research upgrade to Adeptus Mechanicus that grants all units a teleportation ability that costs 60 energy and 60 influence per use with a 10 turn cooldown:

All units

These units were chosen because they have access to this ability based on the 40k lore. If you want a unit included in this mod that doesn't conflict with the lore, let me know! I'll add it in.

Features:
✅ The features of this mod will work with any mod that modifies/replaces existing unit stats. ❌ The features of this mod will NOT work with any mod that adds in new factions/races/units.
Load Order:
In the in-game mod list menu, this mod should be: ⬥ Anywhere

Hello. I made a russian translation for your mod, but this is my first translation and unfortunately i do not know how to make it depended on the instalation of your mod, and not independent (as it is for now), so i found it necessary ask your permission to publish it in the workshop.

@Khoran Gutsplitter Hey again! Just uploaded the changes you requested:
1) Warpsmiths and Warp Talons no longer benefit from this mod.
2) Flayed Ones now benefit from this mod.

For the second paragraph i was referring to Warp Talons, not Warpsmiths.

3. Flayed Ones are able to teleport in a similar vein to Warp Talons in that they strike out from their own dimension (aptly named the Flayer Dimension) and when they've done killing their enemies to satiate their hunger for blood materialize back into their dimension again. So i guess you could add flayed ones to the list.
