Trace's Better Necroids

Description
A primarily graphical mod to give the Necroid DLC much more variety and diversity without changing the game's feel or balance.

Current Feature List
- GENDER DIMORPHISM
I was surprised to see Necroids have gender enabled, so I gave some of the portraits gender dimorphism. I aimed to only do it for distinctly male or female species, besides I liked the story aspect of both man and woman being shaped by Necrophages into one uniform being.

- MORE COLOURS
At least one new appearance per portrait. I consider palettes and style - If a portrait has a cold-warm dynamic going on, don't just colourise the whole thing to neon pink.

- NEW PORTRAITS
This mod adds in ideas mentioned by dev diaries, things I felt were missing, or spookier remixes of vanilla portraits.
(More portraits coming in updates.)

I also want to integrate several abandoned mods such as White Walkers but it's a moral grey area to me.

- MULTI-SPECIES PORTRAITS
Currently just vampires, being 9 species unified under one portrait. Demons and zombies might come in future.

- NEW CLOTHING TYPE
The 'death worshipper' has a voodoo/tribal feel so now has a voodoo themed clothing set, while the other portraits no longer have bone jewelry.

- NEW CLOTHING
I won't go crazy because it's weird when mods have 100 types of vest for the tiny pop icons, but there's a new scientist outfit and there'll be unique Necroid slave clothing (in vanilla they use the army outfit).

Upcoming Feature List
- More multi-phenotype/species portraits! Namely a demonically possessed set if I get them looking right.
- After that will come zombies.
- 'White Walker' portrait set (custom made, also considering integrating the old mod)
- At least one new ghost, having only one feels out of place.
- Restore concept art ideas as playable portraits.
- Even more colours and variety.
- Cordyceps portrait (Great idea by a friend)

Possible but harder/unlikely features:
- Necroid-only traits, such as rotting flesh or vampirism.
- Visible psionic and cyborg feature.
- Look into Origins and story aspects.
- Zombie themed advisor voice.
- Experiment with a 'Lich Ascension' where your species becomes expert necromancers and lives for a very long time.

Issues:
- Soft incompatible with mods that change meshes, like some humanoid replacers. I tried having duplicate separate meshes but that didn't work yet. If the ghost portrait is invisible it's probably another mod.
- On multi-species portraits, colour and hair selection doesn't fully work in the empire creation menu but they will correctly randomly generate in-game.

I was able to fix the mod as far as I can tell by modifying the .txt file in species_classes. I just removed everything except for the custom_portraits section. Despite not having the rest of it, the modifications like the clothing and dimorphism still work and the custom portraits are added and function fine. I'm not really sure if there are any side effects from this.

I sometimes hear about that, but I don't know why. I don't really touch Stellaris so I'm unsure what changed for some.

One of the vampiric subspecie got borked by the new update, have hairs hanging in the middle of the face for some reason.

I saw that mod actually, I've half a mind to use it myself. Anyway yep, you have permissions to use bits of it, even edit if you need to. Thanks for crediting me.
