Description
Adds unique graphics and bonusesfor the Roman Fort, which has been renamed to "Castrum". The graphics include a version with wooden palisades and tents for the classical era and a stone version for the medieval era and beyond. Further, some decorative elements outside the walls of the fort itself are only visible if the tile is worked by a citizen.

To make the improvement a bit more worthwhile to build, the Castrum also gets +1 Culture per leve of Walls in the city, +1 Production, and +1 Housing. The Castrum will also give Tourism equal to that Culture once the Flight technology is unlocked (just like all other improvements).

For more gameplay bonuses for Forts, including the Castrum, I recommend Castles - Better Forts.

Requires Rise & Fall and Gathering Storm (uses some artwork from the Tsikhe, Maori Pa, and Cahokia Mounds).

Compatible with Civilizations Expanded.

Update: I found the mod affecting it, it's Mikecro's "Military Camps", it's an unfortunate side effect of it.

So I was playing a quite modded game (80 mods) as Rome and been saving a bunch of Legions the entire game just to get that achievement... (And yes, I was saving their Build charges too)

Modern day finally came and I ... uh... might have nuked some neighbors and conquered their cities. I sent my legions to (finally!) clean the radiation and the option is not there? They can repair, repair road, etc... But they don't get the decontamination option!

I don't know if it is related to this mod or not - and I don't have the Civ modding knowledge to check. I tried searching for "legion" in my mods folder and got some results like 6T defining its tech and such, but I didn't find anything that looked weird or that it could "remove" this ability from them, so I decided to make this generic report to some mods that I guess "touch" the legion in any way...

So, sorry if it's not related to this mod! And you're welcome if it is! :P

Hi JNR,
your mod has been translated into German by Junky and the translation is now part of the Civilization VI Mods - German translations mod pack.
We would be more than happy if you could refer to the language translation in your mod description.
