Description
Changes Torque's 'Bind' ability to capture instead of kill. Can install mid-campaign but will not take full effect until next mission.

I find it funny how she says "Just go to sleep" when binding but ends up killing them, lol.

This fixes that.

I generally micromanage Torque to unbind and subdue manually, this'll automate that nicely.

You got that right. But ALSO, if the spaceship managed to start and launch, City 31 would practically be leveled down and there would be LOTS of casualties. In this case, the end totally does not justify the means. Only after being raided did the leader of GP expressed remorse and even sacrifice herself to turn off the reactors (happens if you take down GP last).

@metrex137 well chimera squad is more of a swat unit rather than the millitary. Swat has flashbangs armored vehicles and grenades, the millitary has hellfire missiles armed vehicles and so on.
