SNES Reboot Alpha Version - OLD VERSION

Description
########################################
THIS VERSION IS NO LONGER MAINTAINED.
########################################

IMPORTANT
We require Dragonfall and as such are transitioning to the Directors cut workshop.
http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=317632217

Back in 1993 there was a Shadowrun game released on the Super Nintendo. It developed quite a dedicated following, and as a tribute to it I founded the SNES Reboot project.
The goal of this project is to remake (and improve) the SNES version for Shadowrun Returns.

The version shared here is incomplete and will remain as such. We are in the process of migrating to the Dragonfall Director's Cut workshop since we already require those props. Continued development will happen there.

This module requires:
- Geeked's Prop Pack. http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=175642505
- Shadowrun: Dragonfall DLC
If either are missing you will see a black screen or be returned to the menu.

That is probably a better question for the HBS devs than a modder like me.

My understanding is that HBS is no longer developing new content for the Shadowrun franchise, and that would be a major engine change, so I think it's highly unlikely.

Thanks for the response. I remember being so hyped when I heard that it was getting a reboot and was disappointed with the movement I played less than 15 minutes of the game and never started it again. Are there any plans on changing the click and move in any future versions of this game?

Fair enough!
And yes, Shadowrun Returns did away directional movement in favor of click and move.
This was the closest we could do to the original with a completely different game engine.
Thanks for giving it a try and sharing your thoughts!

I was not a fan of this reboot. I do not like the point, click and move part of the game. In the original we were able to go where we wanted and explore everywhere. Unless they have gotten rid of this type of movement I'll look for the original version and hope to find it since in my opinion the reboot has to many restrictions.

Sorry if that's iedeir and not Ledeir heh.

Ledeir, No worries. You could maybe change the title to something more fitting and remove the info and just keeps the links. Probably easier to notice since not everyone is fond of reading when they are just looking through stuff.

Thanks for letting them know Menteroth.
I should probably hide this version...
