My name is Avery, most people online usually call me Noodle or Noodleman because of my alias I use on most other sites though. I change my nickname and profile picture on Steam pretty frequently to whatever I find funny at the time. I don't usually accept random friend or trade requests without explanation, and most of my friends that I actually talk to and play with regularly here on Steam are people I know in real life, or met online 10+ years ago and have good reason to trust. I've been PC gaming for a relatively long time, probably about 12 years. I didn't start using Steam until 2018. The main reason (might sound funny,) is I basically just didn't know it existed at first. I was only interested in playing indie games on sites like Gamejolt and Itchio for a long time, and stuck to consoles for other games. I discovered what Steam even was in 2014 with the explosion of the Fnaf games, and decided to make a full transition to PC gaming in 2018 when I was convinced by a friend to try TF2. The rest is pretty much history.

I quickly started playing every iconic PC born first person shooter series, and fell in love with pretty much all of them, which is funny because before I played TF2 I hated shooters. I wouldn't say I'm the greatest at TF2, but I've definitely invested a lot of time and money into the game, and it is easily the most fun I've ever had playing a multiplayer game.

Despite my preferred platform of play, my favorite game ever made is the PS2 classic Shadow of the Colossus.

I've used 3 PC builds I've put together myself, my Steam Deck OLED, 2 pre-built desktops, and countless laptops throughout my PC gaming career.

Storage: 500 Gigs NVME dedicated to the operating system and general applications, 1 Tb NVME for games, 1 Tb HDD for mass storage, mostly FLACs movie/game backups and Blender stuff. I got plenty of slots for more NMVEs and SATAs, just haven't gotten around to it yet.
