So I've had this game on my wishlist for a while now and noticed that it quite literally never went on sale. Is there a reason for that?

The series was ruined with the Crazy Jump in CT2. Why would you give the player the ability to jump at will over obstacles in a driving game? That's insane in its stupidity. I can only explain it by Sega observing that players crashed into everything. Which is still no excuse. I also don't care for how the cars jiggle up and down because of those hydraulics.
