i just don't get sega, like why not put this game on sale too? why they so obsessed with putting only sonic on sale.

it will freeze up on the "now loading" screen, I have tried to uninstall and re-install with no luck, not sure what i am doing wrong but i know its something, any help would be appreciated TYIA
