My friend and I were in year 7 when this game was meant to release, we could not wait for November. I think it eventually dragged itself out of 'development' when we were in year 9. Terrible game, glad we had lost any interest by the time it released.

Once I got my patrol car, any major change has seemed to stop. I know the map will open up more, but as of now I have only really seen 4 crimes; littering, jaywalking, RTC's and checkpoints. There are other offences which require a ticket, but these are not exactly exhilarating.

It's a simulator, but I do want to be able to do the adrenaline fuelled parts of being a cop like getting into car chases, shootouts etc. These never happen, a guy has run away from me on foot once in 7 hours of playtime and he didn't even do anything interesting.

It's a little sly, the game reels you in just long enough so you cannot refund and then becomes as repetitive as cookie clicker. If I could go back, I would not have bought it. Especially irritating when you see them releasing DLC's for an unfinished game.

It's like a more detailed version of phantom forces which you played when you were 10, but a much more fast paced, 'Wish' version of arma 3 KOTH.

I don't like fps games that are constantly at 100 MPH, if you want to play a tactical game with armour, air support etc. get arma 3 and play KOTH, it is way more fun and a massive team game.

Was gonna buy this for my friend to play together, but I tried it with another friend and whilst there is a lot of people, no-one is working together there's just too much going on in too small of a map.

Hands down the most boring, repetitive, least inventive game I have ever played.

Extremely immersive masterpiece of a game. DLC's definitely worth the price, I accidentally bought the game with DLC's, but it was a mistake that ended well.

£20 or something was a bit steep so I waited for a 50% sale and it was well worth it.

If you like history, especially when dealing with emerging and expanding empires, this is the game for you. The fate of your land could rely on the next battle plunging it into further debt or prosperity.

It is really fun and the battles are so exciting and you feel the victory.

I got this game to help me pass my driving test. Unfortunately it doesn't have the UK as a choice therefore; it was pointless learning on it because it would probably make me get used to European driving rules. However, if you're learning to use the clutch etc. or doing maneuvers, I don't see why this wouldn't help. You need a steering wheel and pedals to benefit.

You have to be a pretty determined person to get into dayz; you will have to spend a bit of time watching a couple survival guides, reading a few threads and you will have to spend some time dying and learning what made you die. I begun on an empty server so I could learn to proficiently; navigate, deal with infected and gather supplies. Once I had that under my belt, I began to play populated servers and it was far easier because all I really had to worry about was players.

One final point, depending on how you want to play you will have a very different experience. Many people will just sprint around, get killed and restart. I play extremely cautiously and typically alone and I can think of dying to players maybe twice (one was a hacker). People complain about KOS, but you can easily avoid kos simply by avoiding player contact, not trusting anyone and shooting players providing it won't expose your position to others. Dayz is a unique experience each time and, especially for those playing alone, is a game that gets your heart racing like no other.

One of the best games I've played ever. Up there with Subnautica

I say no because for what it is at the moment it's not worth the price stamp.

At first it is fun but, I have played quite a lot both single player and Multiplayer with my friend and it gets very boring and repetitive in the end.

We bought this game on release in the hope it would develop quickly into a more immersing, smooth game. It's been a long time now and unfortunately, I don't see any real updates that would make me start playing again. The shooting mechanics are dreadful, your gun is just a laser that u point and click at an NPC standing in the open pointing and shooting in your general direction.

Pursuit mechanics are pretty crap. Only way to stop cars is spike and ramming until compliance reaches 100% (I say ramming when I mean blocking. If you ram your car usually just stops) atm and it's been ages. There is no wheel damage from bullets, no damage to cars from anything and the driving physics and gameplay feels clunky and just rubbish.

Criminals it's just the same boring story. You get there, they run, you chase and then take them to jail. It's just a one trip pony atm do everything once and that's all it's ever going to be, the movement is clunky and horrible.

Game I could compare it to is Roblox, not phantom forces but the old prison escape game.

Forgot to say, my friend and I modded it to make it less boring which it did but once you add mods you have to redo the entire process each update which is a pain in the ar**.

Development is going way too slow, updates coming in when they haven't even finished the basics not to mention feels like it's an update every quarter if you're lucky.
