try to start then crashes no fix. We have been ripped off.

Hello Team, I would like to report a bug. Whenever I start the game it loads briefly and then it crashes. I always get an error message (https://prnt.sc/o4j6r2) After that it closes. I have re-instilled several times and also tried on different hard drives, however, it is still not work....
