A third person shooter that tells the story of undercover agent Max Payne. The game it's heavily influenced by Hong Kong action cinema and film noir. The story is portrayed as a graphic novel and is told in a very dark and gritty manner, but in a good way. The gameplay is simple and fun, it introduces the concept of Bullet time, which was highly innovatice at its time. You have to make your way through thugs, mafia dons, junkies, hookers. The game is challenging even at the easiest difficulty, it encourages to be very careful of Max's suroundings, checking every corner of the building for enemies, painkillers or ammo. After you complete the game, you can replay it on harder difficulties or on New York Minute, which is a timed mode to see how fast you complete a level. I personally think it's a flawless game.

Overall I'm dissapointed with Origins Blackgate. Sure,the game has good things like: talented voice actors and good boss fights,but lacks in many other aspects: clunky controls (you can't change them in the settings), repetitive gameplay , buggy combat system and the most annoying thing is the detective mode because it encourages you to scan every bit of the map for collectibles / objectives. So for $20, which in my opinion is a very high price for a handheld game ported to PC, you get a couple hours of gameplay with nothing that special.

Return to Castle Wolfenstein is more than a decent fps game,the story is pretty good,the soundtrack gives the game a horror-ish atmosphere.The singleplayer campaign isn't really that challenging though,even at the hardest difficulty there are only a 2-3 bits where it took me a few tries to go past.It has some sort of replay value ,in the majority of the levels there are secret areas,some of them are really good hidden so it will take some time to find them.For a 2001 game the graphics are pretty good,with the markshan v142d patch the textures look really decent,character's animations aren't awkward to watch, but more fun and fluid.A good buy if you want somewhat of a back story before playing the new Wolfenstein titles.

Alan Wake is an amazing psychological action thriller with high action and tense moments.The story is very well written by Sam Lake,it keeps you interested and anxious to see what's next for the protagonist the whole game.The gameplay is simple but solid,I rarely found repetitive bits in the episodes.The game have replay value,you can go back to search for missing collectibles or achievements.Even if it's a 6 year old game,the graphics still looks nice thanks to the lighting effects.The episodes are filled with easter eggs for Remedy other games like: Max Payne 1&2 and Death Rally.

To me,The Enemy Within is already a good sequel to the first season.Episode 1 - 'Enigma' continues an amazing story with even more characters introduced in the plot,like Riddler, Harley Quinn and possibly Bane. Couple that with new fighting techniques, new QTEs and gadgets it makes you excited for the future episodes.

Rockstar did an amazing job on this game.It runs on most pcs out there due to his good optimization. In terms of gameplay,there is a huge improvement from GTA IV.The Map is bigger than the maps of San Andreas and RDR combined is filled with a lot sidemissions and collectibles.The customization is complex,there are hundreds of different clothes,vehicle upgrades.
For the singleplayer alone I recommend this.

Perfect combat system,engaging story,tons of easter eggs,refferences of many characters from the Batverse.Gliding above rooftops,beating thugs,it's an amazing experience and it truly feels like a Batman simulator. Tons of hours of gameplay for a very cheap price

I didn't had high expectations for this one,but after playing the whole game through I was pretty amazed.I knew that the "player" choices wouldn't affect much the big Westeros World. (you can't stab Ramsay ; you can't get away with Britt's death etc.) but i still found enjoyment in the overall story.
The characters barely get enough time to develop and when you start liking them they either end up dead or badly injured. example: in Episode 5 when you have to choose between Rodrik and Asher ; one of them gets killed ; the other one badly injured
I think many of the players had goosebumps when the animated tv show intro start playing (I sure had) but they should've also included the soundtrack from the show instead of new tracks that sometimes made the game feel like a letdown.

Overall I recommend this game when on sale and make sure you'are caught up with the season 3 & 4 of the show before playing this.

San Andreas is an openworld sandbox game.It offers the player hundreds of hours of gameplay: 100 main missions, side mission, odd jobs and collectibles. Cheats you can activate for invincibility, flying cars, riot mode and many more. A big variety of songs from the 80s and 90s. The story is engaging, memorable characters like Big Smoke and Tenpenny. There are many mods for the game thanks to a big GTA community.

Batman The Telltale Series isn't just a Batman game. In this game,the focus is shifted away from the masked vigilante to the "man" Bruce Wayne. In the first episode,the choices aren't matters of life and death,but they still weigh heavy.As you are helping Harvey in his campaign,you are put in narrow corners that could ruin the Wayne's reputation. In my opinion,the only - this game have is the poor optimization.Otherwise,it's a really good Telltale game,the script is amazing,the story telling always keep you on your toes.
