Hey make sure not to have everyone assigned to one task in rim world make sure to prioritize your best people, if you see a fire symbol right next to someones skill that means they have a passion for it, even if it is lower than someone with no passion it is best to have them work on it anyway they can go from the botcher of that occupation to the most vital part of that part of your colonies infrastructure and can easily save you. Also remember to update your defenses and think like your enemy on how you would bombard it or get in.
