What an amazing Remake. This is an absolute gold standard to which all future remakes should aspire to.
Taking all the modern mechanics and technology to realize what the original game was always intended to be, but couldn't quite reach due to the limitations of its time.

Besides that, the game is simply amazing, from visuals, to music, voice acting and ofcourse, the story. This game cements why SHODAN is the greatest villain in gaming.
Even as I went into my 5th playthrough (something I rarely ever do), I was still surprised by the things and places I haven't seen the first time.
Although this game looks like a generic first person horror shooter, it's not. It's a very well disguised survival game with an interasting story for those of you who are willing to hear it out.

Another fantastic addition to the Darksiders franchise!
I played this game completely solo and had a blast. Co-op could only be better. Great and fun game that can safely stand alongside Darksiders 1,2 and 3. Art and music alone justify the price. You can play as War, but honestly why would you, next to Strife who is so fun to play.

P.S. A thousand curses upon whoever designed the Void jumping puzzles. I hope you got kicked out of the team.

Don't get excited with this new update. It took this trashfire over a year to get to v1.0 (it was delayed multiple times).

All this game needed to be was Vermintide 2 with a 40k reskin and MAYBE rework the item/crafting system.
This game is inferior in every possible way to Vermintide 2 except maybe in the graphics department, but that doesn't count because you can't see anything in 90% of the maps due to its pitch black darkness.

Although the lateast class overhaul is a good move, it is almost 2 years to late. The game is still optimized terribly for PC and honestly, it has so many dumb design choices and core mistakes that it isn't even worth fixing if Fatshark doesn't plan on completely reworking the game.

Warhammer 40,000 has some of the best lore and world building ever created and the fact that this game completely ignores it is a war crime.

The Krieg look is the most iconic look in this universe and they're selling it for 20 euros... It is a 40 euro game being treated as a Free2Play game!!!

I waited so long to get this classic THPS feel. This game is an absolute gem! Not a fan of "modern" new songs, but they gave me Motorhead and Rage against the Machine so it's fine.

Despite many weird decisions that were made for this game, I still believe that this is a true gem and will be fondly remembered in time. I see many negative comments regarding this game that I would like to dismantle:
1. Bad PC Port. Honestly, I don't have the best rig out there...But I am curious on what absolute garbage of a PC these people have to experience so many problems. I had maybe one crash and it was while I had 3 other apps running in the background and that happened pre-release.
2. Story mode cringe. Yeah, Nitara is terrible. Mortal Kombat was never famous for it's super realistic and deep story modes. Time travel and alternative dimensions were always a part of that...so I don't get why the hate now all of a sudden.
3. Low customisation. Lack of skins and intro/victories is a setback, but I am so glad that after MK11, I don't have to check my entire roster for new items they got that I never see on screen. "Oh, great! I got a 25th little vial on Scarlet that I won't ever see or use!". Getting a new item or color pallete always gets me hyped in MK1.
4. Invasion. Don't know what to tell you, it's great! I'm not super into PvP anymore so I really like this game mode, although it does need a minimap because it's a paint to traverse.
5. Balance. There's no game that is truly balanced. I do agree that Reptile and Sereena need a slight nerf, but it's not game breaking.
6. Female models... Yeah you people are just weird. Grow up or go play MK9.

Some Negatives of my own:
- No Crypt
- Fatalities are boring. They're all either destroy head or destroy entire body. I want to see Quan Chi beat someone with his own leg to death again!
- Roster. TOO SMALL! Kameos are not part of the roster, stop treating them as such!
- Kameos. I love Jax and Cyrax/Sektor. They are in the game, but I can't play them. It feels like Ed Boon dangling keys over my head just high enough that I can't reach.

TL;DR: Game good. Go buy.

It was long since a game made my hands this sweaty. Came for some fun hack and slash, stayed for amazing music. Would reccomend, but beware, the boss fights are H A R D !

Can't believe it's cheaper to get an actual deck. Don't let my few hours of playtime decieve you...I've played this nightmare since beta. I jumped into the steam version hoping they fixed something...anything.

Terrible economy, I don't understand how such a simple game lags and freezes so much. The game has absolutely terrible matchmaking. In ranked you'll get so many broken and brain dead decks. Some people really like decks with infinite loops, others threw thousands of dollars into the game and beat you that way. Mtg Arena is shows the absolute worst mtg has to offer. Also, the Lotr thing is terrible.

Generally, my reviews on steam are either "game good" or "game bad", but I've been robbed of over 80 hours of my life with this game and I want to tell you to stay away from this. I've played every single Assassins Creed game and I even highly enjoyed Origin and Odyssey. But, Valhalla is a complete failure in every aspect of the game.
Do you know what makes Vikings cool? Doing Viking ♥♥♥♥! But, in Assassins Creed Valhalla, killing civilians will get you desynced for some reason, you can only raid when you summon your merry band of brain dead NPCs who have trouble walking through wide open doors. Oh, and imagine a game about the Medieval/viking age where you can't have a ONE HANDED SWORD! A viking game without the vikings most iconic weapon. You can buy it as dlc though...
The world feels randomly generated and boring. NPCs are braindead, armour sets and weapons are useless because you'll find one you like and just keep upgrading it to your level. Don't bother exploring the world in this open world RPG, because the game will punish you if you do. Many item and material chests are locked behind doors and walls until you progress enough in the main story. 60+ hour long story that will either make you stop playing after you ally yourself with the first 3 regions, or will break you mentally by the end, because you have to do it 15 more times.
Developers finally heard the outcry of the fans who want Assassins Creed to be put back into Assassins Creed games, but they went out of their way to ruin the experience.
"Oh you want to have a hood? Fine, but Eivor will randomly remove it every 5-10 seconds and if you wear it, it will make your weapons pop out of existence on your model and you'll have to deal with the worst cape animation ever."
"Oh you want a hidden blade? Fine, but Eivor will put it like a troglodyte even though we reused old animations which means he impales his hand every time he tries to kill someone from a ledge."
"Oh you want old missions? You remember the annoying Assassins Creed 1 copy/paste main story missions? Here's 20 of them, enjoy if you can."
TL:DR Game is an abysmall failure in quality, design, historical accuracy, gameplay, story, characters.

Every year, around late November/early December, I find myself replaying this gem. Every year I try to go for the really bad ending, but I can't help myself as I fall in love with the characters every time and I'd feel bad to kill them.
There is something so captivating about this game, from the AMAZING atmosphere, to great voice acting, great music and a good story. Combat isn't all that deep, but it can be forgiven because the game goes above and beyond in every other aspect.
The fact that this game doesn't have a AAA sequel is blasphemy!

"One more turn"..turned into a 5h long session type of game.
Very fun RTS card game, if that makes sense.
