Game is fine, it runs fine in my system, but the lack of fast travel is making the game very repetitive for me, as you end travelling for the same streets fighting the same foes all the time. Why would a game designer take so controversial decision?

I searched a lot of info for my doubt but I can't find the answer. Is allowed use embrace (or mesmerize, I don't know the exact name for this mind control skill) only to enter in a house (without kill, only enter)? I have a child in White Chappel that he'll die very soon (he is in third stage with Sepsis) but requieres embrace to enter the house. I also have another NPC (the blind in White Chappel) in second stage and 2 NPC (Docks) in first stage. All of them into a house blocking my way. I want to say ...

Is it planned? Is it in the making already? I hope so since I love this game. Add some more RPG elements and dialogues, more dialogue options, more investigation, a bit less combat - et voila: GOTY!

Obviously I thought charming her was the least intrusive thing I could do. I thought that I had somehow unlocked a better option as the selection was blue. But no. This is the worst of all actions looking at wiki'es etc. Is the game even worth playing after this? Is there a fix/hack that will revert this action? I typically play for completion.
