never made a single cent off them and yet other people do....
stopped putting so much effort in reviews and guides when i found out they just endlessly get stolen by websites for profit

other deck users have the same problems its how i found out about desktop mode and now its all i ever use

Did you check with some other Steam Deck owners to see if those issues are specific to your Deck? I did play some high end games on my Deck, including God of War, in gaming mode ofc, and never encountered any issues. If nobody else suffers from your problem, maybe reinstall SteamOS, or contact Steam Support about your Deck.

its not just that one game. its every single high end game ive played on deck. god of war, spiderman, Indiana and the circle, goat sim 3, doom eternal, every single kingdom hearts game. all run better in desktop mode

That game is marked as unsupported on the Steam Deck, you should not buy those with the intention of playing them on Deck. However, since that issue only happens in gaming mode it is probably a bug with the Gamescope compositor. Using Desktop mode might be the way to go for those specific games right now, but generally games will run better in Gaming mode due to the rest of the desktop environment not being present.

played 95% of the game in gaming mode
