Anyone wanna do it?

Every time I boot up the game it tells me I’m using the integrated gpu rather than the dedicated gpu, and when I load my file it lags really bad. I’ve followed tutorials online (going to display settings in windows and switching it there) but it still tells me I need to swap gpu’s and it still lags. Does anyone have any solutions? I don’t have nvidia or amd and I’m playing on windows 11....

I recently decided to start another AHIT play-through, Exept when I am in mafia town my game lags every 5 secs. My last run did not have this problem and it was on the same computer. Can some please help me fix my FPS?
