Goodness! As someone also born under the crappy internet star, I'm glad you managed to get back into the proverbial game.

Congrats mate! That's awesome. And up to 298 Mbps is nothing to sniff about. Way better than what I have atm. Only cities have fiber optic and those speeds and up. Guess you'll not only be surfing the web but also speed boating haha!

I HAVE INTERNETZ!!! Starlink in out in the rural country. It has been over 11 years since I've had anything more than a trickle of waters worth of access to the internet from my home. First company was DSL. 2nd Sat capped me at 3Mbs and never gave more than 1MBps. 3rd Sat caped me at 25Mbps, never gave more than 15Mbps peaks, throttled and all but turned off service most evenings after 7pm. Couldn't even stream 480 vids without buffering. Sites like twitch were impossible to use most days. Now with Starlink, my only complaint is price. I've more bandwidth than I can use. lol. Sat service so dropouts still happen, but far far FAR less often. Averaging 160Mps -298Mps Down and 16Mps - 55 Mbps Up. It ain't fiber or even impressive numbers, but coming from an often unusable trick of bandwidth to these average speeds is amazing. lol
