I played Starfield for "free" on Gamepass. I played it for 36 hours and beat the main story. This is by far the most boring 1st party game that has ever been released. This game provides no entertaining qualities that make it replayable, playable over other RPG games, or any cool features that would warrant playing it. This game for the first 20 hours is a boring drag, that goes on for what seems like decades. Then when you finally get to the end of the main story, you realize every single side quest is the exact same boring trash you just dealt with in the main story. I'm gonna go over a list of positives and negatives about the game.
Positives:
-The Game Runs
-The Graphics are Tolerable
-The Physics Engine is Nice
-The Ship Building is Fun for 20 Seconds
-The Gun Gameplay is Better than the Fallout Series (Not Saying Much)
-Uh... It's the first Bethesda Game to have Ladders...
Negatives:
-The Story is really Bad and Nothing you do Feels like it has any Weight
-The Characters Outside of a Couple are very Boring.
-Exploration is a Chore and is More Tedious than Death Stranding (Which has the Label of being a walking simulator)
(I Love Death Stranding I'm not Hating on it.)
-You have Done Everything the Game has to Offer in the First 5 Hours of Gameplay
-The Ship Building is the Only Good feature that is Added After the First 20 Hours
-Nearly Every Single Thing you Do will Involve a Cutscene
-90% of the Game Could be Completely Cut and you Wouldn't Even Notice (1000 Planets, 900 of which of nothing to do)
I could go on but I think I'll leave it there.

Is this game functional? Yes. Does this game pass as playable? Yes. Is it worth your time? No.
This game is not worthy of anyone's time. Typing out this review is giving more time to this game than it deserves. I can't
say the game is garbage because it is functional. However, it is the most boring dysfunctional mess of a game you will ever play and the only redeeming quality about it, is that it can be uninstalled from your computer. If you enjoy watching paint that's already dry, dry even further, than this is the game for you.

It's missing something and you feel that your entire play-through.

Overall disappointing, mostly due to the very unimaginative story line, but also due to an array of cumbersome mechanics-
* moving items around inventories
* Too many different ammo types
* stores have super limited money to buy items off you
* many loading screens to travel around
