Okay,
first off i normally dont really play games like this very often , i dabbled a bit in 911 operator and it never really got me hooked.
I first of must say the somewhat minimalistic graphics mixed with fine details here and there are a gem in my eyes, the UI is a bit cluttered if you have a bit going on , on screen.
the building aspect and managing your Pupils in this game is straightforward but has a little edge to it, but this couldve been because my (sorry for this description) Stupid ass decided to start out in my home city and ignoring the "this location will be hard" pop up and well... got overrun three times because of course big city , equals Maaaany zombies.
The game subtly hints you with a voice line to whatever is pressing most like you running out of anything crucial like: Food,Bmats,Ammo
then theres Callouts for Raiders and zombies and sometimes even special variants.
controls are in the beginning a bit off but this could also just be me never really playing management Games.
The Soundtrack also often enough gets you into it and also tends to warn you that youre being attacked. Overall the Soundtrack fits and it hit the Nail perfectly on the Head.
Then theres the scarcity, of course ♥♥♥♥'s going to be scarce, its the apocalypse and you run into certain mini events that have you choose , but choose carefully not everyone here keeps to what they say. Often enough you even get satisfaction bonuses from dealing with it the right way which in turn can get you passive buffs to how your people work in base.

im going to leave the most negatives out for now since this is Literally one day out and in Early access, but theres a tendency to your Base guards simply Refusing to get into your towers.... in my case it was a 50/50 split. but i guess its going to be fixed soon so i cant complain at all for this.
All in All this game in Early access for 22,49€ gave me more Fun in the short time i tested it today , and i will return tomorrow , then many many other full price AAA games out there did in a long long time
