It's basically a remake of GTA 3 with a bigger budget, a new cast of characters and solid storytelling.
And it's still incredibly captivating.

better buy it before it gets delisted like what happened with the older gta games
and it can be downgraded for a better mod compatibility and with both the dlcs too

Note: GTA IV is never going to be perfect on Steam. However IMO, out of all the games I've had to tweak with to get working, GTA IV isn't so bad when you consider the finished product is one of the greatest games ever. For me, the DxWrapper method worked but not DXVK.
