$40 is a pretty good deal for six games. $10 is even better, if you're reading this at the time of the Winter Sale. The original Halo trilogy is a must-play for any shooter enjoyers.

Starfield gives me a similar feeling to Fallout 4 but on a much greater scale: Weak story, empty world, but great art direction, general gameplay and a notable step up from previous titles on a select few features that were sore points for Skyrim and FO4 players. Starfield lacks in numerous basic aspects that were otherwise present in previous Bethesda games, such as an active, engaging sandbox with interesting random encounters not separated by ten minutes of walking and boost jumping.

However, the greatest sin I find this game commits is the design approach similar to Fallout and Skyrim. While those two games can lean on decades of established lore and world building, Starfield comes out in the same barebones, half-finished state while also having to accomplish the task of engaging the player in the universe's story, which it utterly fails to do. This is not the approach to take when it comes to releasing a new IP, and other studios should treat this as a cautionary tale.

To conclude, I have not experienced any game-breaking bugs or performance issues, and loading screens have been relatively fast for me, taking around one to two seconds. There are parts of this game I truly enjoy, but it feels more like a space sandbox than (what i assume was) the intended direction of a space RPG.

This is my favorite game. I hate this game so much.

Demand the resignation of Bungie CEO.

Strongly recommend waiting for a sale if you're a Destiny story fanatic. Lightfall will leave you empty-handed and disappointed with no answers for any of the questions that have been building for the years prior.

THAT BEING SAID, Strand feels exceptional and the changes to buildcrafting are great.

Extremely predatory monetization. Really sucks the fun out of playing.

Atrociously bad writing paired with solid gameplay and buildcrafting. Doesn't have an expansive endgame like Borderlands 2, unfortunately.

Turn off the dialogue, ignore the story and skip all the cutscenes, and you might have fun. Otherwise, wait for a discount. Especially for the DLC.
