okay my review of this game!

it was released very recently as i write this, so there are issues. the first patch wiped my save but i am sure that will be fixed soon after this review. the story writing is very interesting, the voice acting is good, and the story is obviously more written as a noir which isn't bad. a noir blended with the Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines is pretty good. it's not as gritty as the original bloodlines, which is good and bad. it does reveal more lore which any true fan knows there's tons of lore (trust me, if you didn't do the table top then look up the lore of youtube i highly suggest it), and it's very interesting to see what other major cities/states are up to in the world of darkness. the controls are good, little off that you can't just handle a gun but makes sense considering the main character is essentially an elder. honestly its a missed opportunity in a way to be able to TK a pipe♥♥♥♥♥♥♥bat/bottle while aiming down the iron sites of a gun. i feel more could have been done with the character customization (think like starfield blended with morrowind maybe? change the physical body, but also change the attire individually ), i do wish they could have kept the clans from the original (Gangrel clan for life!), and added the newer ones. i do love the speech dialog, the fact it lets you know your impact or consequences. while witty in humor so far i have noticed its lacking in slap stick humor like the first one but thats not as important i guess. overall so far i can say its a decent game. doesn't improve upon the first RPG wise but narrative and graphics wise yes it does. i do highly suggest getting this game if you are a fan of the masquerade like i am . it is fun, it is dark and hard to walk away from. honestly a solid 7/10

its a point and click horror game. i love it honestly. the story is good, i love the art, and hope to see more games like this in the future

this game has a strange story, and a world that reminds me of Agony mixed with maybe morrowind? anyhow its strangely addictive. hard to put down. i will say as of right now 5/20/24 there has been one bug that causes the game to crash but besides that it runs well, and again its actually such a good game that you'll wanna keep going to see whats going on in the story and world next. personally i hope these folks make more games just like this game. action/adventure/RPG with a blend of horror and great story telling

this game was awesome, i loved it.

i honestly love this game. its an open world fishing game with lovecraftian horror and puzzles. its a fun game, although it does get repetitive but its well worth it. the price isn't too bad without a sale, but if its on sale, i highly suggest getting it. the pale ice DLC doesn't add anything to the main story, but does feature a new area, some new sea life for that area along with lovecraftian crabs/star fish added to the base games other areas. honestly i'd give the game a solid 8/10, and i hope for more DLC and/or a sequel

i havn't beaten this game and honestly it keeps me going. i asked in discussion about possible ideas on what the story is with this game and nobody knows but the game is kind of up for the player to interpret. this game is a puzzle based horror FPS, and it gives off strong lovecraftian vibes (for me at least). i backed the project, played through the demo and am glad i backed this game on kick starter. its as interesting as it looks. it also constantly raises more questions than answers as you play.

it's a fun, inexpensive horror FPS that really reminds you of playing resident evil style games from the ps1/ps2 era. there is some puzzle solving, hard bosses and lots of exploring for this short but fun game. for the price i'd say its worth it. my only hope is the creator reads these reviews and sees that the community really enjoys this game, and will hopefully create a sequel or more games like this.

so after watching youtuber Splattercat play this game i was interested in getting this game. its a fun rougelike RPG dungeon crawler. its strangely addictive, and while difficult its a game that is hard to walk away from. the graphics are supposed to look like an older game for a nostalgia effect. i can honestly say it is a fun game if you sit down and give it a chance. yes you're going to lose in this game a lot but very run is different, and all the maps and biomes are randomized. for 10 bucks i can honestly say its worth it, it is fun, has replayability with different modes, different amount of floors and again with every run being different, it means you can go with whatever build you can go with given what you find in said run.

if i had any criticism it would be small things like maybe allow you to go back to town via a different portal on either random levels/boss levels or find a spell to allow you to go back for a set amount of mana. i havn't played beyond ascend mode so i have no idea what this game has in store there but again its a fun game if you sit down and give it a chance.

its a hard game to get started, seemingly luck based until you can "get it right". once you figure out what to do, the game is pretty hard to stop playing. its fun, challenging, and funny. if your wondering what the game is really then: its a top down isometric rpg akin to fallout but you can't create a character (one of the few things i would change about it really). it is also a base builder too. you team up with/hire other homeless people to fight with/train you/help you build. its a good game if you can figure out what all you need to do from the get go, took me a few hours and many restarts before i figured it out however i can't explain it besides trial and error. also staying on top of things like hunger and other status affects while training and getting food

i loved this game, the first act was my overall favorite as it kinda made me think of Hand Of Fate. the puzzle solving was fun through out the game. for those relying on these reviews for in depth details. best way i can put it is its a card battler involving power/health and either sacrificing some cards to summon others, using bones or power gems. it has an interesting story overall and keeps you hooked. i just want to say this game is awesome and my only criticism is it feels a little too short of a game. i honestly hoped it would keep on going a little longer. it was so fun though that this is a game worth replaying again and again. hopefully a sequel or some DLC adding another 10 or more hours of gameplay comes up. again to those looking an in depth review of the game play i can only say refer to youtubers Markiplier, Jacksepticeye, and John Wolfe as their gameplay videos do this game justice as legit visual reviews. if you are on the fence of buying this game it is worth it at 20$, if you get it on sale then even better and far more worth it.
