I have been playing this game since classic, and finding this DW universe a lot more fun and a lot more things to do. Some of the review said that this game doesn't load up on win 10, but it is fine for me. Maybe dev already patch it up.

My rig with these specs doesn't have any issues:
-Win 10 upgraded from win 7
-i7 4790 4ghz
-r9 380
-16gb ddr3 ram

but I just hate tentacles :(

After playing this game for 300+ hours (the other 200 is I fell asleep on pc desk while the game is on XD), I feel that I have to say something about this game.

Fallout 4 certainly isn't the best RPG, but it also not a bad game. First Fallout that I played was Fallout New Vegas, after that 1, 2, and then 3. I found that FO2 and FNV story really captivate me. Their story was brilliant and have multiple way to finish it. These aspect was what attract me to Fallout universe and lore. In my mind those 2 games was one of the best rpg I've encountered. Fallout 4 wasn't like NV or FO2 at all, FO4 gave you choice of which faction will you help and that's all the choice that's available on the main story, iirc. But eventhough it lacks RPG aspect of fallout game, it certainly is not a bad game.

Cons

• Unlimited leveling
  My problem with this is that you can have everything that is available which makes no sense anymore to make certain build. The other problem is that the higher your level, the more health the enemy has, which lead to the next cons;
  
• Bullet sponge enemy
  I feel like enemy improve with your level is a good thing to make the game more interesting, but the problem is after level 60+ they don't really improve the equipment or AI. Beth just increase their health, which kind of dumb IMO. My sniper can't headshot kill raider anymore because of the massive health. They should have increase the range and length of time enemy searching for you or other smart strategy to avoid sniping become too easy. Instead of making enemy able to withstand headshot.
  
• Lack of city
  There are a lot of city/settlement in the previous fallout, but in FO4 most of the settlement is player made. I wouldn't mind it if only there are more non generic settler in the settlement and also more side quest for them.

Pros

• Good shooting gameplay
  The shooting is superior than 3 and NV. It feels just like other shooting game, which is a good thing imo.
  
• Huge world to explore
  The world might be smaller than skyrim, but it surely is denser than skyrim. There is always something you will have to do every few meters, which is why it's more fun to explore commonwealth instead of fast traveling all the time.
  
• Settlement
  I'm not really creative, but the tought of becoming a good leader for people, and providing them with jobs etc, is what I like about the settlement system. I just wish that minutemen respect their leader, instead of making its leader do everything. I'm looking at you, PRESTON!
  
• Curie
  I used to love british accent, but now I prefer french-english accent. Nuff said :3

tl;dr
I love this game as a shooting game with some rpg aspect, but it just not a very good fallout game.

After the last patch, the game becomes really smooth. I can even play it with my old HD 5670, which wasn't possible due to the stuttering on avenger and sometimes in the field. I'm changing my recommendation to recommended now.

The story still feels short imo, may be because of the avatar project timer. But you still can play as long as you want, if you destroy blacksite at the right time. Also, lots of people was complaining about mission timer, imo all the timer was really suit the mission type. Except for 1 mission type where you have to retrieve an item before the advent destroy it. Why didn't the advent just destroy the item before xcom come to the place is still a mystery for me :D

As much as I love xcom, I really can't recommend people to buy this game right now. There are bugs and glitches, but the most annoying thing is the random crash. I have to restart my pc everytime it crash. And before anyone tell me to get a better pc, this is my spec: i7 4790k (stock), r9 380 (4gb), 16gb ddr3. It runs smooth on high and a little dips on max.

The gameplay itself is really good. You have a mobile base that move around depending on what kind of things you wanna do on the world map. I haven't got too far even though I have played for ~40 hours, due to the random crash. So far the mission, imo, have more variety and more fun than eu/ew.

I hope that firaxis will patch this game soon, because I really want to enjoy it.

If you get frustrated easily, this game isn't for you.
If you don't like to learn from your mistakes, this game isn't for you.
If you expect to win this game on easy easily the first time you try, this game isn't for you.
If you love to see your crew die and your ship destroyed, this is the game for you.
Best space ship simulation ever.

I played this when I was still in junior high, and it was a blast. Graphic is obviously dated, but the art is really good, Imo. This compilation include the NFH 1 & 2. Both is really fun to play, but the second has some chained prank that really fun if you get them right. And this compilation is really worth the price!

The game can't find activation server and the solution rockstar give is to manually open a port. I request refund after 20 min trying to troubleshoot. CBA troubleshooting anymore if R* CBA to even give a proper patch.

got friendzoned irl, got friendzoned in a game :'(

This game keep crashing on my new pc (i7 4790k with noctua nh-d15; asus z97-a; corsair vengeance pro 16 gb ddr3 1600mhz; r9 380 4gb; 750 watt psu). No stuttering at all, and really smooth on very high. But I always got random crash. I won't recommend it until these crashes has been fixed.

Edit: I found out that my new R9 380 is the one causing problem and i have to rma it. Currently using my old HD 5670 and it runs smooth enough on lowest setting. Recommending this game to everyone, even those who use old gpu like my current gpu.

P.S. Due to Take Two recent action on single player modding, and also all the problem, bug, glitch that I experienced on multiplayer, I'm changing this into not recommended.
