Yes. All the Yes.

The closest you can get to a videogame version of 5th Edition Tabletop D&D. As a longtime rpg player, Larian did a great job IMHO of being faithful to the tabletop rules. Amazing visuals, soundtrack, characters, writing, and performances.

Very good game. lots of replayability. Go into it as blind as possible.

Wouldn't recommend playing it at 2am when your friend is quietly playing esoteric 24hr twitch streams in a group chat without telling you. may induce paranoia and tinfoil hat-esque theory crafting.

My brain has no capacity for this game. I'm not sure how to get up walls but i keep getting rare monster parts. Also it makes my friends mad at me.

Someone wanted Fashion Souls to be the core gameplay loop. This game is the result.

This game is pretty good. The core gameplay loop (heh) and the world-building/lore is great. The writing seems interesting, but the game kinda falls flat in the end. Ill explain more about the ending with moderate spoilers below.

Before that, I'll explain some more of the good. I personally really liked Dishonored 1 and didn't Enjoy Dishonored 2. I feel like this is important to note as the game feels incredibly close to Dishonored 1, in visual style, gameplay, atmosphere, etc. Keep this in mind if you liked/didn't like those games. You literally get some of the same powers/mechanics from those games. I heard a lot of people talk about crashes but i can't say I've had any crashes or loss of gameplay so not sure what other peoples issues are, game worked fine for me.
So the core progression makes you feel a bit like a detective. I think that's the coolest part of the game, the middle when you start exploring all the options to kill each target and gaining info, you start to piece together the order and how it might be possible to kill all the targets of the game. It starts to feel a bit like a puzzle and your finding all the pieces and looking at how they best fit together. At the same time, if your reading documents and paying attention, you also start putting some pieces together of the history of where you are and how you and everyone ended up here. The lore is pretty good and the writing feels solid as the game pushes on.
While only having 4 real levels seems like it could easily get repetitive, the developer did a good job at making each level have enough options to explore, and feel different enough at each time of day to stay feeling fresh through my entire playthrough. They managed to play the time-loop trope well enough without really hitting the pitfalls of the scenario.

*Moderate/Ending Spoilers Ahead*

Where things really fall flat for me is the ending of the game. While your solving out how to or how best to kill each of the targets, the game tracks them for you in a journal/menu. The biggest issue I had with that is once youve solved all the main objectives of each questline, the game literally tells you the one and only way how to kill each target, what order to do it in, and how. Up until this point, the game felt like a bit of a puzzle, and you were searching for all the pieces. As any puzzle or puzzle-based game/scenario, you know that having all the pieces isnt solving the puzzle, its figuring out how to piece them together. The game shoots itself in the foot by very clearly lining out for you how to put these pieces together. Im a little disappointed that there is only 1 correct answer, but i can get over that. What I cant is that the game automatically tells you what that answer is. You spend a lot of the game finding out info and secrets and extra options to help you kill each target and find ways to get to them. I was really hoping that after spending all the time to get all this info, I would get to start experimenting and trying to find the perfect loop myself, not have it told to me. It really steals the payoff of the games whole progression.
On top of this, the writing/storyline just falls flat at the end too. Theres a lot of mystery and world-building, and most of the background of your character gets revealed in the last few hours of gameplay. When you finally reach the ending, I was kinda expecting a final hidden level or maybe at least a boss fight. NOPE. Maybe at least theres a cool cutscene or exposition of the story. the writing style made me feel like some big plot twist or mind-♥♥♥♥♥ ending like Bioshock Infinite was coming. NOPE. there's 2 endings, but they both feel really unsatisfying, and are maybe 15-20 second cutscenes. Feels like very little effort was put into them, and has little-to-no payoff feel. Which when added to the lack of payoff from the gameplay ending, just left a mehhh taste in my mouth.

Its a shame because I really enjoyed the game. Its great overall. I just wish the endgame could've followed through.

hOLy cRAp. Love this one. So much replayability. Check out my number of hours on this game first if you think im exaggerating.

If you have any familiarity with the Battletech/Mechwarrior universe, you'll understand how deep the lore of this setting is and how incredible the detail can be. This game stays true to the license. If you DONT know the Battletech universe, the best comparison i can make is to Warhammer - theres tons of tabletop games, books, videogames, etc. for the setting. Worth checking out.

The game itself? If you like XCOM youll probably enjoy this game too. Has similar mechanics with turn based tactics, RPG elements, and unit management between your missions.

The MECHS - finding them ,customizing them, fighting them, the discovery of weapons, the tragedy of losing your favorite lostech equipment, theres nothing like it.

The main campaign is great, and career mode will give you countless hours of replayability exploring the stars and finding mechs and equipment you didnt try out the last time.

Then the modding community - omg. It can get as crazy more in depth as you want. The Battletech Extended mod and Roguetech advance the timeline to include soooo much more mechs and technology - and expand the map a solid 10x the level to include the entire universe.

Any interest in tactics/strategy/rpg? The game and the DLC are all worth the price.

Pretty fun puzzle game - good for about 2-3 hours of content. Not much replay value - fun to go back and find little hidden things or other solutions, but once you've solved the puzzle the real charm of the level is gone. But nice visuals, definitely fun and very cleanly designed and well-made. If the price is right for you go for it. If your feeling a little iffy, maybe wait for a sale.

This game is f-ing awesome. Its beautifully written and intricate. Ignore all the idiots still playing on Xbox1 Xone X or whatever.

I have a pretty good PC rig, but nothing top of the line by any means. (2070 super, i5 9th gen intel processor, for example)
While sure there are some bugs and softlocks, i would describe them as minor at best. The game has never crashed once or hard locked, never broken or deleted saves, nothing. Ive played many games at even smaller scales with MUCH harder bugs/glitches at launch. how come crap games like madden and assassins creed can launch with unplayable game breaking glitches and exploits in them, but a fantastic game like cyberpunk with some issues on last gen consoles is going too far?

Ignore the vocal minority. Game and story is fantastic. Get it

Me and three friends all decided to purchase this game at the same time. After downloading, we spent about 45 minutes fighting with the menus, the lobby system, and the match selection. When we finally got into a game, it was over in about 30 seconds and booted us to the men.

Then all 4 of us refunded the game.

I got all my money back and still feel like i was robbed for this piece of garbage "game".

♥♥♥♥♥♥ badass, Its like the movie Heat if it was a game. Co-op Bank robbing and other heists. A lot of gun customization and cool skill tree progression with equipment/abilities. At this point the game has a bunch of DLC to unlock a lot of the weapons and characters, but all the DLC missions you can play without buying them (you just cant host them/play them offline). And theres a good amount of free updates with missions/characters/weapons too. Overall very good and fun coop game.
