More than 1 and half a year already if i already paid for a game,then i dont want to ask server for permission to play it

So, I started the game and I am swinging between 80 something fps and 40. I have an RX 7900 XT and the game ain't using more than 60% (also about 60% for both RAM and CPU usage) of it so getting mostly below 60 fps seems strange to me. Is it a single option that ♥♥♥♥♥ it up or ?...

Seriously. I'm not sure why i was holding back on getting this for so long since i'm a huge fan of Dishonored perhaps some negative reviews from braindead Youtubers i'm not sure. I like everything about this game. Some people criticize the art style but it turns out it works with the lore very well (i actually like the characters a bit more than the over-sized hands and weird bodies of Dishonored) and the humor is also on point for me it's not over the top and very welcome.
