AS it stands, the game is in a poor state. However, the foundation is there. If you haven't played the game yet I would wait for issues to be sorted out as there are many dead servers. I did enjoy this game for 300 hours until the most recent update so definitely got my moneys worth

EDIT: I have revisited a year later and it is now a lot better, come check it out

why do they make unbalanced teams? makes no sense

fix the disconnects and server issues
