I am a fan of the entire series since the first game, and played them all. Similar to the previous installments of the game, the base Civilization VI was lacking a few things here or there. It felt a big bland, to be honest. To the point that when only the base game was released, I played a bit, and went to Civ V. Having said that, as it happened to almost every Civ game, after two expansion packs, the game came to life! But to be fair, since so much has changed from the previous game, that I recommend playing a couple of games with the base game before jumping to the expansions, so you can get used to the new mechanics slowly. Otherwise I think it might be a bit overwhelming. But yes, Civ VI and the expansions are a fantastic game.

This game is no short of perfection! The story, the side quests, all you can do, all the upgrades, the batmobile, the combat moves. Honestly, this is probably the best story about Batman ever told! Cannot recommend it enough. Having said that, I do suggest that you play the previous games before coming to this one. All the other 2 are also brilliant, but this one is the cherry on the cake on the series! Well done for the developers!

Plain and simple, this is what the Sim City series should've grown to. This is the dream of city building, with a massive MOD community, you are certain that you will never be out of new models, scenarios, buildings, traffic mechanics, and so and so forth. The base game is already top notch, with the expansion, it only enriches the experience. I am genuinely in love with this game. If you love city building games, this is a must.

Metroidvania meets Twin Peaks meets VVVVV meets Super Meat Boy. The game is tough. You will die... plenty and thousands of times. Having said that, the level design is really well planned and every puzzle will challenge you more than the previous one. You will die dozens of times per challenge trying to figure it out. But when you finish and complete a challenge/puzzle... it is so satisfying. And all of that with only 2 buttons. Really recommended. And the soundtrack is amazing. Thumbs Up!

This is a fun hacking terminal based game. There are a few clever ways of solving the puzzles and some tricks that can confuse whether was the game that crashed or indeed your own computer (don't worry, no computers were harmed in the playing of this game). I really liked the game, and if you like hacking games, this is on the top of the list.

I will start off by saying that I would give 6/10 for the game. But let me explain.

The one thing that I cannot praise high enough for me is the art style of the game. Everything in the game is really well polished and it is a pleasure to look at. It looks really modern and sci-fi without being too far fetched. The art canvas that are unlocked as you play the game are stunning and a good reward for the play through. Congratulations for the artists and designers for these.

With regards to the story, I found the story at times captivating, at others (and most of the time, really) to be a bit obvious. But what I found most interesting was the philosophical discussions and the struggle of the main character when she is still recovering her memory. Having said that, the whole story is very linear.

These two points for me were the highlights. Now, some parts of the game that could improve.

Although I found the mechanic of allowing you to create your own combos, however limited, it was interesting enough to the point that changing it during a battle could prove very helpful. Having said that, I found the battles to be a bit repetitive and fairly easy. Once you get the mechanic of an enemy or a boss, even on the hard difficulty, it was still fairly easy.

With regards to the puzzles like climbing walls, jumping at ledges, climbing pipes, etc, it was a bit simplistic and at times rather frustrating, because as the game is not open world sometimes there were inconsistencies where you can leap up 4 meters from ledge to ledge and sometimes you cannot climb a 2 meters wall where you KNOW there is something behind it. And for me, the most frustrating part was when I was looking for an item (such as health or focus) and because of the linear part, you end up exploring a bit in order to reach the item, which would involve entering rooms to check it out. But if you happen to enter a room that was going to move the story forward, sometimes the door would just close behind you and would not allow you to go back, hence, you will lose the opportunity to get the item. Unless you play the whole game again, because there is only one save slot and the game auto-saves.

The memory remix mini-games were quite interesting, although, it is fairly simple to deduce how to solve, or if you are feeling like exploring the alternatives, just try everything, it won't take long for that and might have some interesting side-effects. These parts are very surreal which, again, congratulations to the art team.

Overall, for me it was an interesting game and experience, but it felt like a one trip pony, i.e. once you play once, it's enough. The replayability of the game is fairly low, because the second time you play, there won't be much novelty, with the exception of getting the missed items because of locked doors behind you.

The overall experience with Shadowrun Return is good and rewarding as you go along the storyline, but for those wanting the full experience from the Pen and Paper version, will be a bit disappointed because evidently they had to simplify the game quite a bit (i.e. mainly character progression). The art style is really well polished and really helped create the mood for the game but with limited interactions. The turn base battle was a bit easy because of player turn vs enemy turn, so I can choose any of my players and then once all my character have finished their actions, it is the enemy turn, as opposed to allowing a mix and fixed order, which I believe would've been more challenging. Also, there were a few bugs during battles that was a bit annoying. Although there are plenty of plot twists, the game is fairly linear. You cannot go wherever you want. But overall, I enjoyed it and I am looking forward to seeing how they improve the game further. The main parts I think can be improved further is Character progression, implement a Item Crafting system and allowing more freedom for the player to go back and forth in world locations.

It's a well round game, exciting, with hardly a dull moment. The story line is surprising (please note I am not a huge fan of Sherlock) and compelling. The puzzles can be challenging at times and you have to be pretty observant. However, I few camera angles sometimes makes you not see certain clues which can be a bit annoying. Other than that, I found the game to be very immersive, to the point that I have finished the game in a few days.
