It's a lovely game with some fun jump scares. I hope that the devs incorporate achievements so I can play through it again.

This is how sequels are meant to be made. 10/10

My husband and I have been playing this game basically since release, and we have been waiting for co-op mode for years. Glad it's finally here!

With multiplayer recently released, there are certainly bugs to be worked out. However, I don't think it takes too much away from the game play as we are just excited to be playing together.

My favorite (and also most frustrating) aspects are the comments women get from NPCs if they are unmarried. "You better start husband hunting before your beauty starts to fade" is VERY aggravating, but also very exciting when you take into account the time that this game takes place. It's that little bout of realism that we're very happy is included, even if it is due only to my own reactions I have towards them.

Another concern I have is when trying to have a baby as a female character. It's wonderful that pregnancy doesn't affect my ability to go out and do strenuous labor, but giving the male NPCs the pregnancy buff seems like a hilarious oversight. It would be interesting for female players to have to experience pregnancy and all of the drawbacks that come with it.

Overall, this is a very good game, and I am excited to see what else the devs have to offer moving forward.

While I adore this game, I do wish there were more interactions between the villagers, as well as higher consequences for negative or adulterous relationships. The game can get repetitive, and quite boring after a few hours of playtime, BUT that doesn't diminish the amount of joy I have experienced while playing. Looking forward to any DLC or updates!

When I purchased this game a handful of years ago, I was pleasantly surprised. The platform/dollhouse style was a nice blast to the past, mimicking favorites of mine like Fallout Shelter or The Sims Medieval, but nothing I had played before matched the absolute desperation of the events in this game. This game is dark, and you're met left and right with gut wrenching choices that would drive even the most sane individual to depression. The masterful music, the dreadful locations, and the somber dialogue between characters makes the world a highly immersive one - one where even the smallest mistake could mean life or death for these survivors.

11 Bit really knows how to keep you on the edge of your seat. Very well done.

I've been playing this game on and off for a few years now. The game is so immersive that I can easily lose myself in the cold for a few hours. Despite the challenges, it's a welcome retreat away from day-to-day life. Truly a game created by developers who care about their players.
