ive bought this game like a year ago and when i first played it no problems but now i cant run the game without turning off my anti virus and when it does run there is no sound and for the life of me i can't figure it out ive tired looking for answers and nothing please someone help me out here...

Ok so this game normally runs perfectly fine for me but i go to play it today and all of a sudden when it loads up it changes my screen to a small square in the center of my screen that is super zoomed in and very pixelated, and its not just the game, if i minimize the game screen its like that for my whole desktop too until i quit the game to desktop? very strange and frustrating as it makes the game completely unplayable. im just hoping its just this one game.....soon as im done writing this im going to ...

I've heard many better things about Evil Within 2 than I have of the original, so I'm fairly interested in getting and playing 2 but not really too enthusiastic about the first one. Would not having played The Evil Withing negatively effect my experience of TEW 2?...
