Another great entry into the series, re-using the Infinite Wealth Hawaii map for this is such a genius move.
As always it's impressive how they were able to put out another quality game in such a short timespan.

You may find some people arguing that the series has gotten too ridiculous but honestly given Majima's entire character in the previous games I think all of it is very on brand and fitting.

I also really enjoyed all the new characters, especially Noah's interactions with Majima were just very heartwarming.

Anyway, most importantly everything in the game is a lot of fun and as always I can't wait for what they come up with next!

Now that I've fully beaten the game I felt compelled to write a review, which is something I rarely do.

First of all I've purchased this game for 50% off, I do believe 40 bucks, which is the normal price in my region, is a bit steep despite the quality of the game.

Besides that it is an excellent metroidvania and the only reason it doesn't have very positive or higher reviews at the time of writing this is the poor experience with Ubisoft connect, which while the criticisms are justified I can't personally comment on since I've luckily not run into any issues.

SEGA's unethical DLC practice aside, this game is one of the greatest games i've ever played
Yakuza is my favourite game franchise and they continue to knock it out of the park
