It's fun, even if it does feel like a reskin of Dark Souls at some points. If you like vampires you'll like this game.

BUYER BEWARE

You can't actually cast whatever spell you want. Each encounter has around 2 or 3 of the spells from your book. The spellcasting mechanic is an illusion. Don't go into this game thinking you play as a master of magic.

I can't tell you how much I love this game! It revitalized my love for the Half Life franchise and I'm excited to see what else Valve does with VR. They still know how to design levels and how to involve the player in the game rather than leaving them an outside observer.

This is a good reason to buy VR.
