Im standing 2 meters away from the camera and reset position doenst seem to do anything

For the past few months, whenever i throw a hook thumb upwards the range is absolutely 0 and the power is that of a slap, and ive had to throw a hook as if i have mma gloves on, any fixes for this?

but I really like the look if this game. What is the recommended set up I should buy? Which headset etc. Also, what PC spec should I have for this and maybe others going forward? Any advice would be great, thanks.

multiplayer would up the game so much more
