!!Minor spoilers!!
!!!Sorry for mistakes!!!

Few pros and cons:
+ many instances in open world
+ customization of weapons etc.
+ settlements
+ 3 ways to finish game
+ many companions

- combat (I don't like it at all. You can't cover like in many other games. Enemies are running from point to point like crazy.)
- late game was terrible for me! 42+ level, no quests, just repeatable ones.

And I finally got all achievements...

Few tips to get them all:

Benevolent Leader - You need 10 charisma. 100+ defense, 20 food (assign 4 settlers), 16 shops (assign rest of them), 20 beds under roof, I personally had 60 water, power is not important for happiness.

...The Harder They Fall - You will meet some giants throughout the game. I just found location of 2 giants. Then got the achievement.

Loveable - Try to focus for one companion as soon as possible (I personally recommend Piper or Nick Valentine)

Bobbleheads - You need to find locations... Or spend 500hr playing the game. :D

Mercenary - again... late game, no quests... so I bought Vertibird Grenades and called Vertibird like 18x

I enjoyed the game, but SKYRIM was sooooooooo much better...
