Needs 26 degree roofing. Everything else is pretty solid!

I just started playing and, wow, it's so good. Properly modding takes a bit of work but it's worth it imo. Hit me up if you need advice on how-to.

Besides characters and pact-spirits being locked behind paywalls, it's actually a refreshing change from the anti-casual track most ARPG's seem to be taking nowadays like PoE.

The cosmetics are expensive but eh, strictly optional.

If they add a way to grind out unlocking characters and the spirits, it'll survive against PoE, D4, etc.

With many more hours played than shown (GGG client), I can safely say that PoE has been my personal "Game of the Year" for the past few. Frequent, free expansions, constant updates, balancing, and absolutely no "pay to win" element make this game one to last. To all the "immortal" fans who feel "betrayed", check it out- no mobile phone required!

Just started playing again and wow, everything seems better. Graphics, gameplay, connection, the passive tree makes more sense... just unreal. A f2p with no p2w- we need more games like this!

Trouble loading, exiting and "Verify Integrity" not working....

For as much money as we all paid this game shouldn't have been released while still in Beta but as I play more and more that's how it feels.

Steam can't even verify the gd cache! It starts out good then just loses speed and, even 5 minutes later, has made no real progress.

I was hoping for a Civ that, at launch, was actually worth a sh!t but this, like all the others, will require several patches and DLC's to be not only playable but enjoyable.

Not for Windows 10 on older machines.

I have an older rig with an I-7 2600k and 16GB of DDR3 ram but the drives are Samsung 840Pro SSD's in a Raid0 and the graphics card is an ATI R9 290X. This machine still chews up any game I can throw at it even with the card limited to PCIE 2.1 due to the processor.

It upgraded to Windows 10 just fine. I even just did a clean install last month - no issues.

Every time I boot I get "MadMax.exe has stopped working". Well.. ONE time I was able to play a bit and that was after reinstalling my vid card drivers but the very next time, having made no changes, I got the same "stopped working" error. Since then I've verified game integrity like 3 times, reinstalled the game, reinstalled the redistributables twice, chkdsk, sfc, I completely uninstalled all AMD drivers (they have a nice utility for that now) and reinstalled.. nothing has worked. I've done everything the internet has suggested.

And you know what? I know that it's Windows 10 doing it, I know it. I'm sure If I was still on 7 this wouldn't be happening. HOWEVER, I have dozens of other games that work just fine on 10 including Mordor which is also a WB game. Even Sudeki runs just fine and the game is ancient.

Here's what I noticed - last patch for this game? October of last year. I'm sure the Dev's could patch the game to be more compatible with Windows 10 but it looks like they'd rather just hope the handful of us on older rigs with 10 installed don't ask for a refund.. which I WILL be doing if I can't get the game to load by tomorrow.

Seems like a fun game, wish I could play but I'm not going to go back to Windows 7 just for a game that's pretty much like every other WB game. Mordor is enough.

Early Access Review
The spiritual successor to Titan Quest with a Diabloesque/steampunk feel. I can't get enough of this game at the moment. I can only say.. GET THIS GAME.

Update:
This game has developed into a true ARPG that blows right by D3 and lands next to PoE as it's equal without being quite as min/max. The graphics are great, lore abounds throughout the game, and the class combinations result in hours upon hours of replayability.

Anyone with technical issues - It's not the game, it's your PC. No point in posting a negative review because that Nintendo you call a computer can't run the game. canyourunit.com /mic

These F2P but P2W mobile ports are really starting to piss me off. Mainly because they're awful but also because it's obvious they put this out to grab more money from us "dumb gamers".

Mechanics are counter-intuitive, controls are a pain in the ass, single player campaign is a joke.

Review posted, game uninstalled.

Just a fun game. Missions are full of dry humor, graphics are solid! My only wish would be to have actual stats I could increase with each level. This would flesh the RPG aspect out a bit and would add an easy way to spice up loot drops.

Over a year old and still getting support/changes. Love it. Worth $5 all day long.
