A game that captures the feeling of blasting xenos and heretic scum with a fun arsenal of weapons. They nailed the feeling of being a walking behemoth from the footstep sounds and camera shake on every step to crushing enemies if you land on them from height or charge into them.

Lotion up your hands cause you're gonna be holding capcom's for a long time before they let you actually play the game

The writing is bad in that it uses the Marvel quippy style of dialog. However the story premise and moment to moment gameplay is good. I wish the levels were harder though, there was only 1 level I had to really take my time thinking about and it was optional.

Its like a golf story roguelike and I'm about it. Only thing I find a bit hard to control is spin, not 100% clear how it works.

There's fun somewhere in here, but it needs some QoL work and a difficulty revamp.

- Cant recycle items from pedestal if unwanted. have to pick them up, pick up what you dropped, then recycle. Not the end of the world, but an indicator of the QoL that needs to be given.
- talking to every single member to have to give blessing is a lot of busywork that I just wont ever really do. Im only at 6 or 7 members right now, and spending the time after every excursion to talk to each one individually is more work and time than I want to spend outside of the combat areas.
- maps (at least in the first zone) are very boring and bland in both layout and room variety (compare this to Isaac for grid based room generation)
- boss fights in first zone so far are trivial (on hard). They have 1 attack pattern, and can be easily killed without needing to try a second time. (compare this to hades for challenging bosses, even the first one is a challenge early on)

Overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer.

Framerate and crashing issues aside, when I flew to a new planet and got out of my ship, it launched me to the other side of the planet. I tried dying and it respawned me right there. It would have taken me all day to run back across the planet to get to my ship.

It is like Portal if Portal asked you what it meant to be a human.

I paid full price for the game and can currently play 10% of the game. After beating the 3rd boss, the game crashes when I load into the next zone. Tried changing every setting in the book and nothing resolved it. Contacted Steam asking for a refund, because releasing a game this broken should be a crime. There are a ton of other bugs too, but no point in mentioning them when I can't even play past the first 2 hours of the game.
