This was the first RE I have ever completed, I have only played RE4 before, and quit it somewhere around the island, that was about 3-4 years before playing this one.
My first playthrough of this was with Chris.
On normal.
With no experience whatsoever of survival horror titles.

This was one of kind experience, and I loved it.

Do yourself a favor and go in completely blind. TL;DR a WW1 survival horror game, with a huge emphasis on the survival elements of the game.
