I was going to get the first AC originally, but yeah, everyone saying it's clunky and repetitive also. I couldn't stand the Altair missions in Revelations and couldn't wait to get back to Ezio again. Stupid costume, lack of weapons, limited actions. I also read AC2 is where they introduced hidden blade, double assassinations, air assassinations, and more. Plus AC1 had uglier graphics. It sounds like AC1 was an experiment, and AC2 is where they refined and perfected it, and Brotherhood polished it and took it to the next level.
