There is a gameplay button there and then Tools under it. Then unfurl the Adventure section to see the additional settings to find the party override.

I can not find " Gameplay > Tools > Adventure > Override party size to 6" in my game menu. In Gameplay is not "Tools" ?

@thenannymoh, I appreciate the sentiment but I do not have anywhere to donate. Maybe sometime down the line I'll set one up anyway but for now, life has been kind to me, and the many thanks I receive are more than enough. ;)
