He could spawn on November 23rd. What might've thrown you off is that the "day" variable is day of year starting at 0 instead of 1.

Out of curiosity could Jimmy gibs had spawned yesterday legally. I was in co-op with my friends and I managed to get him to spawn and I killed him. However using the formula given it shouldn't be possible?
