Game is locked at 30fps and even if you were to override this, other issues arise.

One of the greatest games of all time hands down, if you are a batman fan or just a fan of great atmospheric games in general, you own it to yourself to play this masterpiece. Perfectly optimized and a great time, you will lose yourself in everything that can be done in Arkham Island. It is a semi free roam area once you have all the gadgets and the game rewards you for going off the beaten path to make your own discoveries about the history of not only the island but also the criminals and people who inhabit it. 9/5/10 overall! I am going for all of the achievements for sure.

Can't remember the last time I stayed up until 3 am on a work done just so I can play a game, makes me feel like a kid again, and you can't put a price on that. Amazing game, would get 3 hours of sleep again.

So here goes, I got the definitive edition for free, which means that I got the DLC's for free, I still paid for the base game when it first came out. After playing the base game and now the definitive edition, I want to say that the game has either had not had any noticeable changes to graphics but has suffered a decrease in performance. The game was pretty bad from the start, the graphics were far below industry average and the frame rate was locked at 30fps. Since then the game has seen minimal support in the graphics department and the in performance section. Only being bumped up to 60fps a few weeks / months after release. The game itself is not too bad, worse than Mafia II, which is odd, but still not a bad game. I did enjoy the time that I have put into it so far and there are some great set pieces from time to time. But it is hard to overlook the blurry and at times straight up horrible looking graphics and physics that this game has. As a result I can not recommend Mafia III at anything more than a $9.99 price point assuming that you're also getting all the DLC's that come with the game. Overall score would be around a 5.5/10 just above average and is mainly held down to its poor performance and optimization. The game-play only knocked off about a two points at most.

Honestly, this is one of the most fun and chill games that I have ever played, I usually have it on in the background while doing work or watching a movie / TV Show. Never really stressful and super chill overall. Very addicting and I have not spent a dollar and do not plan to. Would highly recommend it considering it takes up less than half a gig. Final score would be in the range of 8.5/10; for what it is as a management game.

It was a nice surprise to find this in my games list for free, brought back a lot of good memories on playing on the xbox 360 when the game first came out all those years ago with my friends.

This game brought a lot of good memories back to me however it does not perform that well with the keyboard and mouse sadly. I would love to play this game with a controller but that does not work that well either.
