This game is a huge slog to get through unlike the other games in the Souls Series, enemy placements don't make much sense, bosses are either too easy or a gank squad, hit boxes are questionable at best and all your weapons are made of cardboard. I played both SOTFS and 1.0 and definitely liked vanilla more than Scholar, I don't hate Ds2 and did have some fun but comparing this to the others in the series it's just not as fun.

I fell in love with this game so fast, i love that all my favorite gundam frames are in this!

i played a LOT of ror2 never played the original game before now, and i already love this more than 2 by a longshot, it has a certain charm to it the ror2 does not have and i can't put my finger on it

I really love this game, armored core is a very close to my heart series since i got into it around 2017, this does capture some of the old gen games but also adds and builds on to what made the old games good, the story and game play are awesome and really fun, multiplayer is my only real gripe with the game because i wish co-op was a thing

really good game! gameplay is fun, mechanics and weapons feel good to use. campaign is awesome, multiplayer is a little meh just because it's so late into it's lifespan there aren't many players in game still (long ass wait times) and everyone who has played is really good so any casual players probably wont have a lot of fun getting the snot kicked out of them.

I like this game a lot, although to me it feels like a clunkier MH World in some regards. I do however love the additions of palimute mounts and wirebug mechanics which helps hunting down monsters quite a bit. I also like the weapon upgrade trees a little more than in world. overall this entry in the series is good and would recommend.

it can be a pretty fun game, it's better when you have friends to play with. i would describe the game play like a more simplified/ easier to understand DayZ and I like it more for those reasons. as for the community it is best not to play with random people because they can get pretty mean and toxic to one another, granted this game isn't nearly as toxic as other games of this type wich is nice. my only complaint is i wish there was less PvP. overall i give it a nice 7 out of 10 i hope the devs continue to work on this game to make it even better in the future! ^^

Man i have so many fond memories of this game. game still holds up in my opinion, the newer lighting and controls are very nice for the remaster and has not lost any of it's creepy yet fast paced charm! I am a little disapointed that it's Bethesda that did the remaster because you have to connect to the internet to just to play and it's Bethesda... they are not exactly known to put out good content these days... Edit: You can still play the un edited version of the game though the steam selector thingy when starting up the game.
