I was pretty interested in this game from its announcement. So far from playing the visuals are good but not spectacular, the combat is for lack of a better word boring and repetitive, and stealth isn't really much of a gameplay mechanic in this game. The interactions and dialogue have a kind of mass effect/witcher vibe to them wherein there is a lot of information that npc's will spit out at you and you will more than likely forget about it.

There are two main ways of going about the game; killing all civilian NPC's and becoming the ultimate vampire or keeping with the Hippocratic oath and preserving your humanity, which I find is where the game shines.

For now im giving it a 6.5/10 as it still has some bugs in it, the combat is lengthy and feels the same for every enemy (i.e dodge & slash, rinse & repeat), and it just feels like its lacking.

Loved it when it came out on Xbox 360, still as amazing as it was all those years ago

The alien AI is one of the best ive seen in recent years, totally unpreditable and good challenge in the higher difficulties.

Absolutely love this game, excellent substitute for heroin as it is extremly addicting. Great to play by yourself and even better with friends. Only downside is the DLC prices but in the end the game is worth it. 11/10 would conquer again.

Wear lots of diapers and you should be fine to play this game. 10/10 would ♥♥♥♥ myself again.

Beautiful scenery and the dialouge was witty and well wrtitten

Visually well made, great usage of the environment to build the terror
Haunting Soundtrack that makes you jump at times

Cons:
Cheap Jumpscares

I cannot say enough good things about this game. Most games these days that focus on war only focus on the conflict from a soliders point of view. You never hear about the civilians except to advance the plot.

Pros:
-Brilliant designs, the pencil black and white scenery feels depressing like war
-Simplistic crafting system
-Make your own campaign with mod support
-Constant changes in campaign force you to adapt (Fighting blocking of scavenging areas, winter setting in,etc...)

Cons:
-Cigarettes and Coffee are consumed automatically, maybe I want to trade them for food
-Never enough food

In short, this is a beautifully designed game that pulls you right in but the ability to make Bruno stop smoking my precious trade items and allow me to tell him to go smoke would be great. 9.0/10

I thought this game was rather good after finishing a playthrough for the first time.

Pros:
- Decent game length
- Well designed areas that are easy on my GPU
- Exploring the various optional tombs
- Setting everything on fire (yes everything)
- Predictable at times, yet an interesting story

Cons:
- No point in hunting besides achievement hunters
- Side activites are boring and repetetive (find 15 GPS caches for ♥♥♥♥♥)
- Lara sounds like shes always about to die from a collapsed lung

In summary would recomend only for main story and tomb raiding.

I purchased this game for the Winter Steam Sale and wanted to give it a go. I was only able to play for a few minutes for 2 main reasons.
First off even on low graphics settings I was only able to manage a solid 20 fps and I have a decent build.
Secondly and more important when I was dropped in the sea and started to swim/paddle I felt that the rocking of the waves and screen was going to induce a seizure. My head still hurts from watching the screen rock back and forth.

Decent idea for a game but there are areas that need to be improved upon.
