Wow this game goes HARD now. This is a gem. I can't believe I didn't play it until now, I've had it since it's horrible launch.

So what it is not:
It's not the space combat simulation that something like elite dangerous would be.

It is however a story and character driven exploration game with some management stuff.
And if you want a game where you can zoom around between planets, building bases and collecting story and resources and rarely run into loadscreens until you change solar systems: this is it.

If you like sci-fi mysteries and stories and uncovering plots: This is really good now. I haven't touched most of the repeatable mission content, I'm just roaming around following main story lines, and it's a blast.
Some of the Content will probably get repetitive but that's something that just can't be avoided when you have a finite amount of assets to work with. All in all, very impressed and happy.

Great feedback loop ARPG, click, kill monsters, collect stuff, sort through stuff, find new stuff so you can kill more bigger monsters faster and repeat.

Sometimes everything is Blue, sometimes Green, a lot of times Red. Sometimes you have blue thingies shooting yellow thingies on the black, but core loop stays the same. Much loot, very fun. Happy bricking.

Extremely buggy, skill randomly turn the player away from enemies you used them on, and the "always online" restriction means you get randomly kicked out of your games whenever the server crashes again. Unplayable, trying to get a refund.

I expected this to be good, but even so I was surprised. It has more depth then previous titles, picking up some "open World building" stuff that fits perfectly into this setting. A lot of Fun. Definite "must have" for any Bethesda style RPG fan, or any gamer really.
