This game is a large money and time sync the amount of dlc content avaliable to pruchase is way too high for a modern title however this game has a large time sync in the form of the competetive skill levels in the name of recently released One down which require skill and cooridination to achive victory. Futhermore the infamy systm which works similary to the call of duty presteige system allows a payday 2 gang member to spend numerous hours on differnet levels trying to level up to level 2500. Overall i feel like although the game has los of paid content OVERKILL is trying to appeal to a more F2P audience and is still updating their game despite its old age. In my opinion buy the GOTY edition if on sale however if not wait for the new Payday 3 which is planned to release in 2018.
