In the mission Death of the Empress at the city watch checkpoint you can find an overseer that is still alive, if you talk with him he will have different reactions based if you have the Outsiders mark( you choosed to play with powers) or if you don't have the mark(no powers).
If you do have the mark he'll say at the end:
"A heretic against a heretic.Laughable"
But if you choosed to reject the Outsider's mark he will say:
"Go on then and take the blessing of the Abbey with you."
"End Delliah and make Dunwall whole again for all the people of the Empire"


Bonus: The Dreadful Wale is an anagram for "Farewell Daud"
