How much of a difference does it make running with powers or no powers in terms of story ? I just completed a playthrough for the first time with no powers on low chaos (Felt good to save up all of those kills for the very last part where I could slaughter all of those witches with no consequences), but aside from Delilah's dialogue, the Outsider's mention of Byrn and the dying overseer at the castle I don't really think it made much of a difference at all....

Whenever I press play it will stay "starting" and then nothing will happen and it goes back to a "play" button, I have 69 hours on this game and don't think I've changed anything since last playing it. Dishonored 1 starts up just fine I can play that as well as Borderlands 3 (all be it a bit laggy). I've tried moving it and getting more space on my computer. I don't want to uninstall/reinstall because I don't want to loose my progress....

After every 10 or so minutes of playing, the depth of field which I've disabled in the settings automatically turns itself back on. How do I keep it off ? It makes the game look like ass, why do we buy such fancy graphics cards if its just to make the games look like a blurred mess ?...

everytime i start the game it wont even open... steam says it is, it trurns green and then poof as if nothing happened. anyone have a fix?
